Jewellery made for the waking dream.

Meg Van Hale (b. 1995, Christchurch) is a New Zealand contemporary jeweller based Ōtepoti, Dunedin.

She is interested in themes of the everyday, symbols and dreams; lost and forgotten moments.

The overlooked beauty in the everyday inspires adornment that elevates information otherwise stored away in our subconscious. These physical objects offer a reconciliation of materiality and imagination. Van Hale makes jewellery that strengthens the wearers sense of self; adornment as armor, talismans and keepsakes.
